Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions below as purchase of products from Hoang Pottery. These conditions apply to all goods supplied by Hoang Pottery.
Hoang Pottery and Buyer acknowledge that these conditions constitute the entire agreement between them and that there have been no representations made by either party to the other except such as are expressly set out in these conditions of sale. If there is any ambiguity or inconsistency between the terms of any order lodged by the Buyer and these conditions these conditions shall be paramount. These conditions may not be amended or substituted without the express prior written consent of Hoang Pottery.
Because our products are hand molded, styles and sizes may vary slightly, all dimensions are approximate, and the following characteristics are common: variation on color, smudges, hand or finger prints, and kiln kisses. Please note that fine cracks that arise in the drying process are characteristic of handmade product and are not considered a defect.
Size variation +/-5% is acceptable due to handmade products
All orders are allowed +/- 5% in quantity and amount.
The unit price is subject to change upon buyer’s specific requirements relating to sample inquiry, color labelling, special packaging, quality testing, etc.All prices on our quotation are FOB Ho ChiMinh City and in US dollars. The unit price is based on Full Container Load (FCL) with standard packing: by fumigated pallet, brown carton or PE bag.
The unit price is applied in case of mixing maximum 3 designs per FCL, if over a premium rate will apply over the a.m quotes.
Payment term: we do accept following payment methods unless being discussed and agreed between both sides in advance:
– Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight: L/C opening charge will be at applicant side (Buyer).
– Telex Transfer (T/T): 30% advance deposit and the remaining upon receiving copy of shipping documents by email or fax. Bank transfer charge will be at sender side (Buyer).
Delivery: usually within 55 – 70 days upon receipt of 30% deposit or L/C information from our bank, please inform us your order or delivery plan as early as possible for more accurate shipping window.
Sampling lead time is within 3-4 weeks upon receipt of advance deposit or confirmation for making samples.Samples are subject to reimbursable charge. Samples and freight cost for sending samples will be at buyer or representatives of buyer side unless being discussed and agreed between both sides in advance.

Customized sizes or shapes are subject to additional charges for moulding (if needed) and to be reimbursed if of which orders are placed.
If you find any defects in the goods or workmanship you must contact us with the specific issue upon receipt of goods notified in writing within seven (7) days. We warrant that we will repair or replace it. However, you shall be responsible for shipment of the defective goods from our Ho ChiMinh port to your port.
